2. Refund & returns policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, we have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with its original packaging. Steameaze is not responsible for the shipping costs of returns if you have changed your mind.

3. Warranty and faults

Our products are guaranteed for 10 years from purchase date or replacement date. If any of your items are faulty and they have not been damaged, you can return them which will be replaced free of charge.

If your Steameaze or any item arrives damaged or faulty, you won’t be responsible for return costs—we’ll cover them. In such cases, we’ll promptly send you a replacement or provide a refund. The choice is yours.
